The idea behind a fixie is simple: if there’s nothing on it, nothing can break. But that doesn’t mean we’re throwing a pile of metal at your feet — our REDLOUD Fixie is a true gem.
Take a look at the flawless finish of the frame: do you see any weld seams? It’s so perfectly done and looks so refined that even some experts think they’re looking at a carbon fixie.

Then there’s the clean frame geometry and the purist look thanks to the absence of components like a derailleur, suspension fork, etc. The REDLOUD Fixie’s design: seamless, like it was made from a single piece.
And about that “nothing on it” — what we do have is a legendary tire: the THICKSLICK by WTB. It’s fast as a slick, yet offers excellent road grip, smooth handling, and exceptional durability.

We’ve equipped it with a branded Z510 chain from KMC — a special fixie chain that’s lightweight and long-lasting.
The 600 mm wide riser bar offers a sporty yet not too aggressive position, and the 46/16 chainring/cog ratio gives the ideal balance of speed and control.

Of course, we’ve departed from the pure fixie philosophy that says: no brakes — just resist with your legs. That can lead to some wild acrobatics with uncertain outcomes. That’s why we’ve installed two rim brakes, which you’ll need for the freewheel mode anyway.
Even with brakes, the REDLOUD aluminum fixie remains extremely light — just 10 kg. You’ll be able to carry it to your balcony spot every day with ease…
