We thank the unknown developer who had the idea to equip racing bikes with wide tires to make them suitable for off-road use. The result was called a "GRAVEL BIKE."
Since the tires are the heart of a gravel bike, we fitted a professional gravel tire from WTB on our REDLOUD GA.02. The closely spaced center knobs of the RIDDLER guarantee speed, and the aggressive shoulder knobs provide grip.
With the TAN WALLS, the brown sidewalls, these tires form a wonderful aesthetic unity with the frame.
This gravel bike looks like a seamless whole, and some only notice on a second glance why: the weld seams on the frame have been magically removed. They are sanded and polished in a very time-intensive process until the bike has the look and feel of a carbon bicycle. Riding this bike is a completely new experience!
You get 16 speeds on our REDLOUD GA.02 with a SHIMANO SORA road bike derailleur. The SHIMANO CLARIS front derailleur offers higher stability and smoother shifting.
The SHIMANO CLARIS DUAL-CONTROL shifters provide you with smooth gear changes, and the internal cable routing ensures a clean look.
The two disc brakes come from SHIMANO, as does the CLARIS crankset.
You can't get more SHIMANO than this!
And by the way: your bike is a sun child, because all the energy required for assembling the bikes is sourced from solar energy at our partner factory!
